High Desert Assisted Living is where the warmth of a family atmosphere meets exceptional care. Residents, staff, and owners alike are all treasured members of our tight-knit family. With individual rooms designed to champion the independence of our residents, we aim to make everyone feel right at home. The involvement of family and friends is not just encouraged; it’s the core of our ethos. Our Vision

Our vision at High Desert Assisted Living is clear: to prioritize and uplift the mental health of each resident. By diligently overseeing their healthcare and creating an atmosphere of safety, care, and love, we make this vision a reality each day. We also ardently believe in the power of autonomy and the joy of connection. As such, we constantly strive to strike a balance, encouraging our residents' independence while also fostering spaces for meaningful socialization.

Jason & Laura Cheney

Mesa County echoes with the spirited joy from the Cheney household, where Jason and Laura have their hands and hearts full with five children - four of their own and one cherished adopted soul. Beyond their immediate family, they've opened their doors and hearts to foster children since they set roots here. Jason, with his ties to the Department of Human Services, has been a cornerstone for many as a professional counselor. Laura, with her boundless heart, has taken on numerous roles in public service over the years. At High Desert Assisted Living, their love story envelops all. Residents aren't just occupants; they're family. Swing by, and you'll feel it too.

High Desert Assisted Living fully complies with the stipulations of the Americans with Disabilities Act and The Fair Housing Act. We strictly prohibit any form of discrimination based on race, color, national origin, age, familial status, disability whether mental or physical, or sex inclusive of gender identity and sexual orientation.
